Question 1: What Items Can't You Take?

The only items we can not remove are Asbestos, Needles, gas bottles and paint tins (empty or full) These are classed as hazardous waste and the terms of our Waste Carrier's License prohibit us from dealing with them. For more information on this, click here.

That's fine. Taking additional waste over and above the items originally quoted for will incur an extra payment on top of our original quote, (which will be confirmed on arrival / as soon as you tell us that you want us to take the additional waste), but the general rule is 'As long as you're happy to pay the extra sum and as long as we've got room on our vehicle, we'll be happy to take extra items for you'. In the event that we don't have room for the items, that's not a huge problem either - in that case we can re-book you within the next three days for a repeat visit, where we'll take the extra items.
